City Tax
Since January 1st, 2014 the city of Berlin charges a city tax on all bookings (five percent of the room rate). We therefore need to charge these 5% at extra cost, sorry.

* You need to pay a special price during Pentecost, Easter holidays, DFB football cup final, Ascension Day, Berlin marathon, German Unity Day (Oct 3rd), Christmas and New Years Eve.
Deposit money
A deposit of 100€ is due on your arrival. Please have the deposit ready in cash. We will transfer the deposit to your bank account soon after you have checked out and we have made sure no damage was done to the apartment and its furnishings.
Check in and check out
On the day of your arrival you can check in from 3pm.
On the day of your departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment and hand over the keys by 12pm.
Rental agreement and house rules
On your arrival you will need to fill out and sign a short rental agreement. You will also receive our house rules.
